By using FirstDay, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

FirstDay is a tool for creating onboarding materials for new employees. The service is provided "as is."

FirstDay is intended for small business owners, HR teams, managers, and operators who are authorized to create and send onboarding materials to their employees.

3. Free Plan (Early Access)

During early access, the service is free with limits: up to 10 active onboardings, up to 20 steps each. Terms may change before a paid plan is introduced.

4. Your Obligations

• Do not use the service for illegal purposes
• Do not upload content that infringes third-party rights
• Do not upload malicious, abusive, discriminatory, or unsafe content
• Do not send spam or use the service for unsolicited messages
• Do not attempt to breach or circumvent system security
• Keep your credentials confidential

5. Intellectual Property

Content you create (onboardings, steps) belongs to you. You grant us a license to store and display it solely to provide the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

FirstDay is not liable for direct or indirect damages related to use or inability to use the service. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and suitability of onboarding materials you create and send through the service.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting privacy.infracore@outlook.com.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
